We had Nathan come out and inspect a suspected shower floor seal leak and pipe hammering throughout the home. He started with comprehensive testing of all areas of concern. He then explained a whole bunch to us about how our system is working and where it's weak points are, and offered us a solution to reduce our 'extreme high' water pressure and to help the longevity of our system. Nathan was full of quality and clear information and was super helpful and prompt. Will be recommending these guys!

This is my 2nd positive review of Jayden and his work. The flow from the hot water system in my roof was dropping off. I rang Jayden about 4pm Thurs not being sure if it was something he could help with. He said it was and he could be out at 7:30 next morning. Bit after 7 I got sms and tracking link showing he was on his way. He arrived on time. After climbing into the roof he explained the problem and quoted the fix. Then phoned around to find the replacement part and arranged for his off-siders, on another job, to get the part and install it. Zac and Koby arrived at 10am, again after letting me know they were on the way. Finished by about 10:50. I have complete confidence in Jayden's Paterson professionalism.

Nathan came out to provide a quote and install our new toilet. He was professional, punctual, and more than happy to answer any questions we had. Great service after calling for a free quote Nathan attended and performed an inspection with his pipe camera of not only of my sewage issue but all of the surrounding pipes including my stormwater. This was beneficial prior to me cementing my driveway.
I was given 3 different options and a written quotation after accepting one of the options the next working day Nathan and Kobe completed the work to my satisfaction.
